new playground

In about a month, this playground will be finished and open to the kids. The concrete slab is for the picnic shelter, soon to be built. The field has a paved track, 1/4 mile around. This photo was taken from the trail up the butte.

Pilot Butte from our RV

The inmates worked on the park here for 8 days, removing weeds and rocks, then replacing them with barkdust. They brought their oun potty on a trailor. This shows our front yard BEFORE the new lawn!

here comes the new lawn!

This machine laid out 16 rolls of lawn in the park near the new playground AND in our front yard too!

Now we have a lawn to mow and water as this is beyond the reach of the sprinkler system. Sure looks good, eh?
