Sonoran Desert

Today we spent 4 hours hiking through the wonderful exhibits at the Arizona - Sonora Desert Museum near Tucson. It is a very impressive place. The exhibits are informative. The animals have plenty of room in habitats that are similar to the wild. We learned a lot about our new area!

This is part of a huge area behind Ed and Michelle's house with many new huge houses. Last time we visited, this was covered in trees. It was on our hiking route to the lake.

The Coxes were married about a year before we were and lived in the same complex in Sanford, Florida as we did. Ralph and Herm were both in VC-9, squadron of AJ2 Navy bombers. They have lived in Lakeway for 22 years.
