Lauren

Our granddaughter, Lauren, flew in from Texas to sing at Edward's funeral Mass. It was such a treat for all of us to hear her voice. The priest had to wipe his eyes during "Ave Maria", it was so beautiful!

Remembrance of Edward

Here is part of the special display put together by Susan, Ed Ford and his wife, Michelle, at PYC. The glass orange urn was blown by artist, James Benson, fitting for Edward's flamboyant personality.

Celebration of Ed Burns' life at PYC

Susan's friend, Mary, catered a lovely feast. Nearly all of the Fords and Burns were there as well as many friends. Although it was a sad occasion, we were all relieved that Edward was no longer suffering with liver cancer, diagnosed only a couple of weeks prior to his death on January 26, 2011. Ella and Kendra are watching the food!
