Lake Powell boat ride

This 83 ft boat takes passengers into Antelope Canyon on Lake Powell several times each day. The water is clear, about 72 degrees and deep. Here it's 300 ft deep. The white sides of the canyon show how much lower the water level is now from what it was in 1985 . The white is deposited minerals (calcium carbonate) over the red rock walls.
