aqua exercise class

Here we are at 10 AM for an hour of exercise in our neighborhood pool on the shallow side. It's 30 ft X 60 ft. The water is slightly salty, a new technology said to be less harsh on skin than chlorinated water. It's kept at 85 degrees. After this class I swim laps. on the deep side which has 4 lanes.
