new kind of cement mixer

This truck contains sand, cement and water for mixing on the spot. In about an hour with 5 guys using shovels, a curb was poured in the lot across the street from our room. Looks like a housing development but no pipes have been laid in the street although it has been carefully scraped a bunch of times.
